Manpower is growing our sales/marketing team and we are looking to hire a new Outside Sales Manager to join our growing team! You will resolve customer questions and drive for service solutions for our current and future clients.

Responsibilities:
* Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
* Prospect and contact potential customers
* Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
* Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
* Create sales material to present to customers
* Reach weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual marketing and business development targets
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* 1-3 years of proven business development experience preferred
* Familiarity with CRM platforms
* Strong communication skills: written and verbal
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong negotiation skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Must be able to lead and direct public presentations and attend regular community events
* Must be available for regular travel
