What's in it for you?
Evaluates and develop manufacturing processes
Using lean practices for continuous improvement
Analytics and planning
Decision making and project work
Estimations
Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Develop operator work instructions and assist in training. SOP's.
Support PPAP runs and submissions
Coordinate prototype and production runs through new program launches
Other duties as assigned
What do you bring?
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Work related project management experience
Ability to multi-task
Some PLC knowledge and programming an asset
CAD and modelling experience required
Presentation skills
Engineering degree or diploma
