Job Description

Our client in Middletown, DE is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be part of the Supervision supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years supervisory experience, 2+ years in supply chain, production and planning, logistics and or inventory control and ERP/MRP experience which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

  • Supervise hourly personnel ensuring all environmental, safety, quality, operations, budget and production targets are being met. 
  • Manage production schedules and build plans to meet customer demands. 
  • Maintain optimum levels of inventory to support the production schedule. 
  • Engineer Change Management. Follow up releases of new products and turnover of batteries.
  • Confers with production personnel to resolve problems affecting production schedules. 


What’s Needed?

  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience
  • 2+ years in Production Planning & Control /Supply Chain/ Logistics /Inventory Control 
  • Experience in ERP, MRP systems.
  • BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering
