Manufacturing Technician - Direct Hire

Hours: 7am-3:30pm, M-F + some overtime

Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00 DOE

The Opportunity

The Manufacturing Technician is an important role that ensures that our products are manufactured to specifications and high-quality standards. This position assembles and packages sub-assemblies, accessories and finished products per documented specifications communicated through engineering controlled manufacturing work instructions. The position requires some material handling duties and other duties as assigned.


* Assemble products to specifications per manufacturing work instructions

* Perform in process quality checks and tests per documented procedures

* Work in a team environment to effectively communicate task priorities.

* Identify, suggest, participate in, support and implement opportunities for improvement

* Identify and communicate any quality concerns

* Implement our documented Quality System as it relates to the Manufacturing Tech position

Job Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred

* Small motor dexterity: Basic mechanical skills, use of hand tools, manual dexterity

* Prior experience reading and following Quality System documentation

* Verbal and written communication skills: Ability to create clear and understandable work instructions; Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions and verbally communicate with team members and supervisor; Ability to complete records, transfer numbers accurately, write clear comments on methods used/exceptions

* Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and ability to tell time

* Problem solving skills

* Computer literate with Microsoft Office competency

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Keeping a clean and orderly workspace

* Flexibility with work assignments
