POSITION: Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two-year technical degree or equivalent in experience required. An understanding of basic electronic and mechanical skills is needed. Skills in specialized and standard computer applications required. Must possess good people and communication skills and have the ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks.
JOB SUMMARY:
Perform functions to provide technical support to the production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Troubleshooting production issues and developing solutions.
* Recommend improvements to manufacturing methods, fixtures, equipment and product design to facilitate assembly and reduce cost. Create work instructions.
* Train, assist and support Production in training in new equipment and tooling. Recommend improvements and methods to improve procedures and product. Answer technical questions regarding production methods and Router instructions.
* Assist Quality Control. Investigate product performance and prepare quality analysis.
* Occasionally work with R&D to evaluate feasibility of design and tooling for new project related items.
* Perform other duties as assigned
This is a 2nd Shift Opportunity: 3PM - 11PM Monday - Friday
