Our manufacturing client in the plastic receptacle industry is growing and in need of a Marketing Coordinator to join their team to work onsite in the plant in AURORA, ON.

THE ROLE:
* create social content calendar and executes daily postings to achieve brand awareness and web traffic goals.
* Research and recommend new social channels to achieve marketing goals.
* Manages and maintains website content including writing blog posts, creating ebooks, updating product information, and assisting with web planning and development.
* Manages and maintains website SEO and makes recommendations on how to improve rankings.
* Monitors, reviews and prepares reports on all marketing programs and promotions.
* Liaises and builds relationships with external vendors, design agencies, print suppliers and industry association representatives.
* Creates and manages the company image archive, including sourcing stock photos for marketing purposes.
* Responsible for all aspects of tradeshow/event management including booking events, booth requirements, travel booking and executing pre- and post-show communications.
* Creates design templates for all marketing and sales support materials - both print and electronic - including flyers, ads, sell sheets and presentations.
* Creates graphics for website, social media, marketing materials, and in-house signage.
* Designing email templates, forms and landing pages in Pardot.
YOU BRING:
* Post-secondary diploma in marketing with digital art design knowledge
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar position
* Advanced computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design and Wordpress
* Experience working with CRM and Marketing automation software an asset (SalesForce and Pardot)
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Photography and video production capabilities
* Passionate with a keen desire for results
* Ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize workload and coordinate resources to ensure on-time completion
* Excellent writing and creative abilities
