Manpower Marketing & Communications Intern

Hours: Part-Time: 2-3 days/week

Compensation: Paid



Summary

Manpower is an international staffing/recruiting company with multiple branch locations across our region. . Our regional team is seeking a marketing and communications intern to join our growing operation! Manpower is looking for a creative, driven, ambitious and energetic marketing and communications applicant who wants to establish a career in a comparable field.



Manpower's internship program provides an immersive program that will expose current students or recent graduates to the recruiting industry.. The marketing intern will work under the direction of the Manpower leadership team.



As a Marketing Intern, you'll serve as a communications and creative guru, supporting our management team to execute on graphic design, communications content, social media promotion, brand identity, video production/editing, event planning, media promotion and general communication strategies.



Successful candidates are self-motivated, organized and ooze creative interest! Successful candidates are driven by the interest of creating strong and creative content. Ideal candidates are adept in project management, social media marketing, event coordination and digital/print content creation.



Requirements for Consideration



* Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor's program at an accredited college or university.

* Marketing, advertising, business, journalism and/or communications degree preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

* Interest and/or experience with video production

* Social media marketing experience including blogging, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.

* Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment

* Familiarity or interest with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, video production, event coordination and email marketing.

* Experience with Adobe Creative Applications/Software, Microsoft, Google applications & analytics is a plus

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Finding, researching industry statistics for content creation

* Proof reading/copy editing

* Must be able to take criticism and feedback

* Have a passion for people, growth and making a difference
