Job Description

Our client an industry leader in Building Supplies specializing in Windows and door services customer across Canada is currently looking to add a Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join their Mississauga team. This is a permanent job opportunity with a competitive salary, group benefits, and profit sharing.

What's the job?

* Market research, identifying potential sales opportunities

* Create market research questionnaires and launch email campaigns through CRM - Pardot

* Support national and regional promotions, communication campaigns and marketing programs;

* Plan and help to execute events including trade shows, showroom grand openings, and etc.

* Collaborate with other teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, including our agency partners

* Partner closely with the US Marketing team, implementing new marketing programs, branding, and etc. to increase awareness, promote engagement and enhance the customer experience.

* Manage/Maintain/creating social media content and execute social media campaigns on all platforms

* Create/maintain assets like brochures, posters, banners for print and digital use, coordinate production of new assets and inventory, sourcing new promo items, as well as digital

* Understand SEM fundamentals, AdWords' programs, SEO, Paid Search, PPC and Google Analytics to generate campaign reports, understand the metrics - where our best customers are coming from, what engages them and how we might better meet their needs and their impact on the marketing initiatives

* Update website with branch information, dealer information, company changes, and news.

* Generate and track purchase orders and estimates, manage and track claim expenses and reimbursements for marketing activities; being able to create overall campaign budget

* Act as a marketing point of contact for all dealer partners regarding general marketing compliance, marketing co-op funds and day to day marketing related requests What you bring to the job? * Univeristy or College degree in business, marketing, communication or a related discipline

* 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on Digital Marketing

* Experience in a start-up or small team environment is an asset

* Experience in managing social media

* Excellent computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications, HTML, XML, Photoshop, and other Adobe programs

* Knowledge of web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Google Search, etc.)

* Experience working with SEO, Social Media preferably Hootsuite (Zoho, Sprout Social, Buffer)

* Experience working with marketing automation preferably Pardot (Marketo, Mailchimp Automation, HubSpot)

* Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team environment on multiple projects with minimal supervision
