Job Description

Mechanical Assemblers

Our client in Airdrie is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their full time Temp team. As a Mechanical assembler, you must have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail. The culture you'll be part of is just as exciting as the work you'll be doing, working in a fast-paced environment developing enhanced wiring skills - this might be the opportunity for you.


* Monday - Friday

* 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Production Manager

* Assemble and mount mechanical and sub-assembly components onto pan, into enclosures, structures, etc. by following standard layouts

* Check for functionality by performing continuity check.

* Complete checklists as required

* Assemble enclosures/structures where applicable

* Deliver sub-assemblies to the production areas

* Support inventory maintenance in sub-assembly area by performing cycle counts, following standard materials procedures, accessing information through CSSM


* Grade 12 or equivalent level of education

* Strong mechanical aptitude

* Experience working with large machinery

* Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
