Job Description

Mechanical Assemblers

Our client in Edmonton is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their full time temporary team. Reporting to the Production Manager, mounting basic components with standard layouts/options, performs sub-assembly functions, as required, and developing mechanical skills- this might be the opportunity for you!

* Full time Temporary

What will you be doing?

* Assemble and mount, mechanical and sub-assembly components onto pan, into enclosures, structures etc. by following standard layouts

* Check for functionality by performing continuity check, e.g., buzzing out

* Complete checklists as required

* Assemble enclosures/structures where applicable

* Deliver sub-assemblies to the production areas

* Support inventory maintenance in sub-assembly area by performing cycle counts, following standard materials procedures, accessing information through CSSM

What do you bring?

* Grade 12 or equivalent level of education

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player

* Knowledge/experience with Mechanical assembly and hand tools is an asset
