Job Description

Manpower Engineering is seeking candidates for the permanent opportunity of a Mechanical Systems Manager for our client who is one of the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers and designers for a new location in Phoenix, Arizona.



What you will be doing:



* Manage operation team to supply ultra clean air with stable and reliable quality.

* Lead team to maintain Air Abatement System to approach the goal of discharge equal to environmental background.

* Execute new facility system start-up and organization team up to solve production issues, develop section members.

* Elevate engineering and operation excellence in the facility.

* Manage daily operations with job assignments, also arrange system maintenance with section members.

* Improve the professional capability of Engineers and your members in the organization.

* Cross-functional communication and problem solving.

* Manage facility mechanical system expansion and modification, including managing the outsourcing of contractors

* Improve system ability in all aspects, especially in air pollution, trace emissions and energy savings.

* Improve working efficiency of the organization. Improve the robustness of mechanical systems in reliability and quality.

* Lead cross section/function projects to achieve their objectives.



What you will need:



* Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related academic background

* 7+ years of experience with Bachelors degree or 5 years of experience with Master degree in mechanical system operation, semiconductor industry experience preferred

* Proven management experience.

* Highly capable project manager with great communication skill.

* Experience in facility mechanical system management with relative knowledge, semiconductor industry experience preferred

* Must be willing to relocate to Taiwan for an extended period for training.

* Must be a self-starter, highly organized, work well across organizations

* Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Good in communication and negotiation.

* Quick assimilator of new technology.

* Fluent in English speaking and writing.
