Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Manager for Medial Marketing in the Parsippany NJ area. This role will work from home and is expected to last through the end of December 2021. Our client is looking for someone that can hit the ground running so the pay range is between $43 - $52 an hour depending on experience.



As an Associate Medical Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing initiatives that are specific to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) and vital to our business. You will collaborate with agencies and cross-functional colleagues to create, align, and execute strategic plans that accelerate the uptake of our brands within the medical community to nourish babies and contribute to over-achieving US business targets. You will report to the Senior Medical Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will:

* Help drive U.S. brand sales and share growth through patient/parent purchases derived from HCP recommendations

* Work effectively across functions to recommend, develop and deliver HCP/HCO marketing plans, including Medical Sales toolkits that drive strong execution and educational materials for parents

* Develop and coordinate creative assets for Digital and Professional Services tactics

* Build strong relationships, create creative briefs and give clear direction to agencies to exceed Medical Marketing business objectives

* Maintain Medical Marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of budget trackers

* Partner with Analytics, Sales Force Excellence, and other cross-functional teams to track key Medical Marketing metrics and continually improve plans to maximize impact

* Assist with market research projects to deliver powerful insights across target HCP audiences as the basis for short and long-term brand growth

* Responsible for initiation of Content Review process with Medical, Legal and Regulatory for assigned brands

* Manage inventory of marketing materials and literature to keep them in stock and up-to-date; manage print requests

* Lead the coordination and process for sample kits for assigned brands

* Comply with SOPs, Standards of Ethical Business conduct, including compliance parameters for interacting with healthcare professionals



Experience required:

* Undergraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related discipline; MBA a plus

* Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience in the consumer healthcare industry, pharmaceutical industry and/or health sciences field
