What is the job?
" Respond timely to internal and external email correspondence
" Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
" Pull shipping documents on request
" Escalate queries and concerns
" Record customer interactions and file documents
What do you bring to the job?
Ï Ability to multitask and stay positive & professional
Ï 1 year+ of administrative customer service
Ï Experience with Microsoft products
Ï Ability to meet deadlines
Ï Ability to commit to full time hours
