Our client just 20 minutes north of BARRIE, ON is in need of several millwrights to join their team. If you have manufacturing experience and are looking to join a team with a great pension and benefits program, then read on!



The Perks:





* $42/hr + OT after 8hrs

* shift premiums of $1.15/hr and $1.40/hr

* 3 shift rotation

The role:

· Adjust and set mechanical controls or components in a variety of departments.

· Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery.

· Perform hydraulic plumbing when needed.

· Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jibs and jacks to position equipment and parts during the set up and repair.

· Perform the necessary cleaning operations relating to the use of maintenance parts and equipment or production parts and equipment as required to ensure either continuing operations or further maintenance work.

· Shrink-fit bushings, sleeves, rings, liners, gears, and wheels to specified items.

· Assemble machines, and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.

· Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.



You Bring:





* millwright license (433A)

* 3 years of experience in manufacturing or foundry/steel setting
