* Shift: Monday to Friday. First shift.

Job Description
* Operates, inspects, repairs, and maintains all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy.
* Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
REQUIRED
* EPA Universal Certification.
* Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance.
* Experience with at least 2: Refrigeration, Coolers, Freezers, Chillers, Walk-In, Walking coolers, Rack Refrigeration, Ice Machines, HVAC, Rooftop units.
