Office Admin - Accounting - Part Time

Flexible Weekday Schedule - Middletown, MD

Are you looking for an office administrative position? Do you have the passion and know-how for basic accounting? This is a new job with a small very successful business in Middletown that provides a great sense of community within the workplace!



About this job:

* This position involves inputting invoice information into accounts using accounting software

* Other responsibilities would be filing invoices; copying and helping with other office paperwork; preparing contracts from a template; some answering phones as needed

* $17 an hour+

* Part Time, flexible hours that fits your schedule

Successful candidates will have:

* Strong attention to detail

* Very Organized

* Honesty/Trustworthy

* Works well independently

* Strong computer skills, data entry, accuracy, and software savvy (embraces technology and the development of new technology)

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Prior experience working with a HVAC, Plumbing, or other contractor would be helpful

* Demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation and follow through
