Office Admin - Accounting

Temp to Perm



Are you looking for an office administrative position? Do you have the passion and know how for accounting? We may have the positions for you working with a small business that provides a great sense of community within the work place!



This position involves inputting invoice information into client's accounts using a specific program. Other responsibilities would be:

-Filing invoices

-Copying and helping with other office paperwork

-Preparing contracts from a template

-Some call taking as needed



Requirements for this position are:

-Attention to detail!!

-Organized

-Honest/trustworthy

-Excellent at follow through

-Works well alone

-Have a working knowledge/ability with numbers and math

-Strong computer skills, data entry, accuracy, and software saavy (embraces technology and development of new technology uses)

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation. Self starter

-Must be able to walk stairs



Monday - Friday Part Time hours currently with the opportunity for advancement and Full Time hours.

$17/hour
