Job Description

Temp to Perm Office Clerk:

 Office admin support needed to check in drivers, print reports, organize data and follow up daily with the Director of Distribution. Most of the reporting are simple print and file tasks. However, there is a need for some EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL in tracking and basic formulas.

 The position also requires some phone work supporting customers and stores.

 This position is a temp to perm position. It is full time NIGHTS. Sunday - Thursday. This position can also lead to a permanent position.

Job Qualifications:

* High School degree preferred

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Bi-Lingual is a plus

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, ask for direction, and work under pressure

* Ability to maintain a punctual work schedule

* Must be proficient in computer navigation, multi-tasking and working with several software programs at the same time

* Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
