Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Clear Lake, Iowa
Pay Range: $47,000 to $55,000 per year
What’s the Job?
- Manage daily operation activities: shipping, transport, warehouse, distribution sourcing, and inventory control
- Plan, schedule, and review workload and workforce to meet targets while being cost effective
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Trak quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse employees
What’s Needed?
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Prior work experience as a Logistics Manager
- Proficient in standard logistics software programs
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds at times
