Manpower has partnered with a leading Canadian Bank. Our client is in search of an Operations Officer II for 6 months.
Operations Officer II $22.41/hr

This role requires the incumbent to be flexible to meet multiple shift requirements based on business needs. Late shift / Saturdays
* What do you bring to the job?
* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems.
* Install/upgrade PC hardware/software when required.
* Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established
partner problem resolution process both internally and externally when applicable
* Create and/or recognize exceptional service through established programs
* Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners within defined area
* Adopt new process and technology improvements
* Coordinate the delivery, installation, implementation and repairs of equipment and technology
* Ensure premises issues are dealt with in a timely manner escalating as required
* Identify equipment needs to streamline procedures/processes and enhance service
* Builds and maintains databases and various programs as required
* Conducts testing of key components within the Business Continuity Management Plans for the unit
* Provide day to day technical support and solutions
* Expense Management
* Project Support
* Managers Handbook Activities
* Creating / Maintaining Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) nationally
* Qualifications
1.Bilingual - French/English - a must
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Ability to communicate clearly and courteously, willingness to learn
4. Professionalism
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Must remain resilient under pressure
7. Capability to independently perform research and make informed decisions
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access
9. Ability to build and maintain Macros - Excel
10. Computer savvy - Comfortable with computers, monitors, keyboards (to fix issues and provide support)
11. Coordinate the lifting, delivery, installation, implementation and repairs of equipment and technology (Call IT department to fix)
* EDUCATION:
high school required. 2-3 years of work experience
