Manpower has partnered with a leading Canadian Bank. Our client is in search of an Operations Officer II for 6 months.
Operations Officer II $20/hr

- Rotational schedule: rotational shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-9:00pm (Rotational) Sat's 7:30am-8:00pm (Rotational)

- This position is a hybrid position.
* What's the Job?
* Meet aggressive SLA targets of 6 Hrs for held offerings
* Provide front line service to Dealerships across Canada
* Maintain the business average of inbound calls and meet/exceed the team average
* Work closely with both the Credit/Income, Dealer Relationship Managers & Accounting departments
* Participate in individual focused Monthly Coaching
* Increase customer loyalty by participation in LEI action planning
* Participate in the Summit/R&R program
* Participate in the employee PULSE survey and action planning
* What do you bring to the job?
* Previous experience in administration or customer service role is preferred
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service with skills in listening, problem/conflict resolution and articulate verbal communication
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with demonstrated ability to interact with peers, management, and other departments.
* Demonstrated computer proficiency; thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).
* Extremely detail-oriented with time and self-management skills sufficient to plan, prioritize and organize work
* Able to analyze document for accuracy, authenticity and acceptability
* Able to work effectively within a team environment, handle a demanding work load and take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
* Qualifications
- Able to analyze documents for accuracy, authenticity and acceptability
- Attention to detail, highly organized, time management, sense of urgency
- Customer Service or Admin Experience
- Excellent communication skills for relationship mgt. (really important)
- Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills
- Proactive and highly motivated individual who can work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* EDUCATION:
High school. Post-secondary preferred. 2+ years of experience.
