Manpower has partnered with a leading Canadian Bank. Our client is in search of an Operations Officer III for 4 months.
Operations Officer III $ 24.74/hr

* What's the Job?
* Receives requests from CBCs and commercial customers via fax, email and phone
* Verifies KYC and due diligence on transactions including manual wire payments, funds transfers and stop payments
* Completes investigations (i.e. cheque copies, statement reprints, adjustment disputes, etc.) using various tools such as OPC, WebIR and E-docs
* Actively refer to other business partners within across TDBFG and externally to obtain resolutions to customer and partner inquiries
* Completes other administrative tasks including cheque orders, Express Deposit set-up, address changes, and Bonds of Indemnity
* Submits requests to open additional commercial deposit accounts and account maintenance for business signing authorities

* Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
* Ability to take ownership of a situation
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
* Customer service and Retail Banking/Contact Center experience considered an asset
* Bilingual (French) is preferred
* Qualifications
1.Take Ownership of Tools: where to find and locate these tools, work independently
2. Fast-paced, multi-tasking
3. MS Suites - Word, Outlook, Excel (beginner-intermediate - basic formulas), MS Access (basic)
4. Detail Oriented, Attention to change, adapt to ever changing policies
5. Previous operations officer work (5+ years)
6. Customer service and Retail Banking/Contact Center experience, administrative work
* EDUCATION:
college/university graduate
