Operations Technician
Our client in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.
2nd Shift: 2pm-12:30am Monday-Thursday
***Must be able to pass a background and drug screen***
Pay rate - $20.90/hr
We need an operations Technician, who is a great teammate, able to operate complex test equipment, perform part counts, and be very safety conscience.
Responsibilities:
* Use lean practices to reduce production bottlenecks, eliminate waste and reduce cycle.
* Demonstrate attention to detail to meet quality standards.
* Perform a wide range of skilled mechanical assembly operations in a production environment.
* Assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies, sometimes working under a microscope to assembly complex assemblies utilizing assembly documentation and procedures
* Use common hand and electronic assembly tools safely.
* Pick inventory parts to fill manufacturing and customer needs.
Qualifications Preferred:
* Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
* MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECK
* Self-starter
* Assembly experience
* Ability to work successfully in a team based, fast paced environment.
