Manpower is recruiting for an outdoor recycling sorter in the Charlottesville area. This position has offers the opportunity for a permanent position working Monday- Friday.

What's the Job?
· Operate forklift to move material as needed
· Communicate findings with the scale in a timely manner
· Inspect and verify scrap for grade and quality
· Identify deductions and downgrades
· Sort all metals that come in and move them to dedicated space
· Operate forklift to move material as needed
What you bring to the job:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
· Reliable transportation
· Forklift experience a plus
· Dependability
· Background and drug will be performed
