Overnight QA Lab Tech in Portland, Maine
Pay: $20-24 per hour
Schedule: M-F 8:30p - 6:30a
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Duties:
* Perform routine production analysis
* Bacteriological, chemical, and physical testing of raw and finished products
* Frequent audits of the manufacturing facility
* Using all standard laboratory equipment
* Sanitation inspections
Qualifications:
* 2 year degree in Food Science or Biological Science
* Experience with lab plating & compound light microscopy
* Knowledge of aseptic laboratory techniques
