Job Description
A Parts Administrator provides exceptional customer service by managing customer accounts, processing orders, providing tracking information, processing return authorizations, and completing quote request.

* Salary: Up to 55,000 a year
What you'll be doing:
* Process incoming quotes and orders from dealer's direct sales customers
* Check account status and update account information, enter new customer data into the system
* Order processing (quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving and invoice processing)
* Proficiency in data entry and 10 key keyboarding skills with accuracy, high volume order entry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook emails
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Ability to prioritize and organize workloads, and maximize efficiency
* Required to multi-task in fast paced environment with heavy email communications
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork oriented
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
* College degree required
* Mechanical background is beneficial
* Knowledge on how to follow electrical drawing and parts diagrams preferred
* Excel skills with V-lookup and Pivot table is a plus
* International sales and distribution experience would be beneficial
Work Environment:
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environment which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
