Job Description

Immediate Need for Packers/Feeders, Pickers, Forklift Operators, Maintenance Mechanics, Production Supervisor - All Positions are Temp-Perm



Packers, Feeders 14.50-16.39 depending on shift

Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting  Retrieve proper box from storage area  Ensure box count meets the standard for the customer  Label box accordingly by customer  Load box on pallet ensuring pallet contains only one part number  Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations  Perform related duties as required by supervision



Pickers First Shift 15-16/hr. depending on experience

Forklift experience a plus may use-but can be certified. Will use order picker lift machine-will be trained in house

Strong warehouse background



Forklift Operators First Shift 16.00/hr.



Maintenance Mechanic 20.00/hr.-24.86/hr. depending on shift

1. All candidates must have strong mechanical ability.

2. Must have a good working knowledge of hand tools.

3. Must be able to follow written and or verbal instructions.

4. Must be trained on all department and company policies and SOP's.

5. Assist with the training of new Operating Mechanics.

6. Assist other operating mechanics and Lead mechanics when needed.

7. Assist with all line change overs.

8. Must wear all required safety equipment (PPE) personnel protective equipment at all times when on the production floor

9. Must follow all instruction given by the Shift Lead and or Shift Maintenance Supervisor.

10. Perform required preventive maintenance tasks on equipment as assigned.

11. The daily/monthly/yearly activities are to resolve issues and malfunction of equipment that develop in the department.

12. Must have a good attendance record in current position and have no written warnings in your file for a year to be able to bid on another position within the company.

13. Maintain and establish good communication methods with all personnel within the department and plant.

14. Must know how to trouble shoot production equipment on the floor. Must be able to read and understand equipment manuals and other literature to improve troubleshooting skills.

15. Perform daily inspection on the equipment to ensure that they are in good working and safe condition.

16. Must be willing to work overtime as needed by company production demands.

17. Must be crossed trained on production equipment and have a minimum of four years' experience in current position in order to bid on a higher level position if there is an opening.

18. Must be proficient with the operation of the equipment you are assigned to.

19. Have the ability to perform minor electrical testing, (checking fuses, relays, checking for breaks in wiring, use of a volt meter, replace electric motors, etc.)
