Job Description

We are seeking a Parcel Counter Service Support Rep to work from a Mobile Quick Stop, "store on wheels". If you are able to commit 30 - 37.5 hours per week and flexible to work between the hours of 12:45pm - 8:15pm Monday to Friday, this might be just the job you've been looking for !! You will be assisting customers with parcel pickups and accepting parcels for shipment.


* Helping customers in-person in a responsive manner

* Working with all levels the general public (customers) ensuring excellent customer service

* Assisting customers with parcel drop offs and picks ups

* Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight

* Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control

* Communicating will all levels of staff, orally or in writing

* Listening & communicating to customers and key partners in a positive way


* Helping customers in-person in a responsive manner

* 3+ months Customer Experience & Retail (preferred)

* 3+ months using technology/ POS system (preferred)

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (if required) and able to stand/walk for 6 - 7 hour intervals

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills

* Demonstrated experience of personal responsibility and accountability

* Experience working in a team environment and independently an asset

* Experience working in an environment with safety standards an asset


* Flexible to work a scheduled shift between the hours of 12:45pm to 8:15pm

* Flexible to work Monday to Friday

* Starting wage of $17.00/hr
