Part-Time Administrative Assistant in York, Maine
Pay: $16+ per hour depending on experience
Schedule: M-F 9a-3p

Duties:
* Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
* Preparing and distributing correspondence, records, meeting agendas, notices, and other materials
* Organizing and maintaining the filing system
* Assisting with budget preparation and planning
* Preparing weekly payroll and requests for payment
* Tracking and collecting revenue, expenditures, and preparing daily deposits
* Troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment
* Providing administrative support and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
* Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Experience with computers and general office equipment
* Experience with MS Office
