Part-Time Bookkeeper
An upscale oceanfront resort in beautiful Ogunquit is looking to hire a part-time Bookkeeper. If you have experience with bookkeeping, monthly reporting, budgeting, and maintaining AR/AP records - we want to connect you with this opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Preparing accurate month-end account with comparison to forecast
* Preparing P&L account and balance sheet for Sr. Management
* Assisting with budget preparation
* Maintaining AR & AP records
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Reviewing vendor invoices and entering into the AP system
Skills Needed for Consideration:
* Professional bookkeeping experience
* QuickBooks Pro experience is required
* Expert attention to detail
* Experiencing with AR & AP
