Job Description

What is the Job?

. Assist the department with processing their client accounts with the CRA and other government agencies

. Make telephone calls and write emails to the CRA or other government agencies to ensure prompt registration of Ownr clients into certain tax and business programs

. Maintain spreadsheets of client data

. Confirm creation of accounts with the department staff who will then report to clients

Knowledge & Experience:

- 1-4 years experience

- Basic industry and business function knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Ability to keep information organized and confidential

- Expert of computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
