* Providing administrative and clerical support to the HR department
* Receiving, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls
* Opening and distributing incoming correspondence
* Monitoring, responding, and routing team emails
* Assisting with payroll and recruitment
Requirements:
* Valid Maine driver's license
* Proficient in MS Office & G-Suite
* Experience in professional customer service
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Human resources experience preferred
