Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide all payroll services

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process regular, annual bonus and semi-annual gainsharing payrolls of all BTG companies in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintain accurate payroll records to comply with company, IRS and all applicable laws and procedures.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:



1 Develop an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools.

2 Promote Family Values through your actions - Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievement and Accountability.

3 Be able to describe the quality policy and goals, your contribution to quality, and the effects of not observing quality and customer requirements.

4 Generate bi-weekly hourly/salary payroll for all BTG locations (BEC,BTG, XCOM Systems).

5 Utilize the ADP Workforce Now for timesheets and payroll.

6 Perform year-end recalculation and re-loading of vacation and personal time, as applicable.

7 Process all new hires, process terminations, and salary continuation as required.

8 Process and maintain tax election, direct deposit, benefit deductions, child support, garnishments, and levees.

9 Process Service and Retirement awards.

10 Work with Human Resources on 401(k) audits and administration: loan administration, withdrawals, forfeitures, annual SAR returns.

11 Funding Fidelity 401(k) contribution, Roth, Match and Loan every payroll

12 Provide key management reports: discretionary contributions, gainsharing and MIP.

13 Process all system reports to Fidelity as required and to conform to changes made in ADP (new hires, terms, disability).

14 Process all re-locations expenses as per applicable IRS guidelines.

15 Workers Comp audit support

16 Process W-2's and other year-end reports as required.

17 Process tuition reimbursements

18 Process 3rd party sick pay

19 Perform 7% match worksheet annually

20 Perform Non-Discrimination testing

21 Support 401(k) audit

22 Download bi-weekly, and quarterly I-reports, STD reports

23 Set up State and Local municipalities as required for remote work
