Job Description
Have the knowledge of Payroll, and utilize payroll system
Assist in processing weekly payroll
Work with Supervisors on payroll corrections and absenteeism of employees.
Assist in payroll breakdown.
Perform Payroll backup when required, and various Payroll support as needed.
Knowledge of weekly deductions and preparation of taxes in the absence of Payroll Supervisor.
Assist in Hourly Employees matching and per hour 401K contributions made by the Company.
Assist payroll filing and all record keeping of employees.
Stuff, sort, distribute payroll checks and/or pay stubs.
Ability to correct any errors that pertain to Payroll.
AP check writing.
Compare receiving to PO's and invoices to receiving
Prepare, maintain and key vouchers payable
Prepare and maintain vendor file
Prepare and key computer checks
