What You Will be Doing:

* Managing and processing all aspects of payroll for multiple company locations

* Benefits administration

* Processing changes to employee information, including payroll, benefit, and HRIS data

* Answering employee questions and providing prompt and courteous service related to payroll/time & attendance, benefits, and 401(k)

* Maintaining accurate employee files

* Other related payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed

Skills Needed to be Successful:

* Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience in a similar role

* Human Resources or Payroll certification is a plus, but not required

* Proficiency in ADP, PayPros, Paychecks or other related HCM or HRIS software, and the technical inclination to learn new programs as needed

* Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
