Job Description

Manpower is currently seeking a Performance Measurement Analyst for a contract position with a major pipeline client in Ottawa, ON.

What will you be doing?



* Facilitate and coordinate the preparation and maintenance of the regional O&M and capital budgets

* Provide management with regular analysis and reporting to understand variances to budget and ensure accurate forecasting

* Analyze vendor spend and invoicing year over year. Remedy any O&M or Capital entries that reside in the incorrect account by preparing journal entries. Act as the regional point person for expense tracking

* Create SRO's/PO's and support supervisory staff with ad-hoc supplier requests

* Perform analysis on regional scorecard including variance reporting for any critical metrics

* Coordinate and update FTE position tracking for the region including some contractor positions

* Other analytical tasks related to performance and budgeting



What will you bring?



* Post Secondary education

* Accounting knowledge - with 3 years + relevant work experience

* Strong Excel skills

* Oracle and or SAP

* Strong Communication Skills

* Power BI skills, Knowledge of Capital Programs or budgets are all assets
