Do you have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, working as a Planning Coordinator? We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to add to our team in the Mississauga Area! Here is your chance to work with a company that is a global supplier of paint, coating, and specialty material for the aerospace industry, located near Tomken Rd and Matheson Blvd E. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a temporary to permanent role.
Planning Coordinator $20 - $24 per hour

What is the job?
Work with Management teams to coordinate and support all Design & Planning programs and initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments on PO confirmation to ensure smooth and efficient communication information exchange.
Process and analyze Invoices and costs against forecast, obtains appropriate signatures and works with Accounts Payable on all reconciliation &/or follow-up.
Liaise with Finance Analyst & Portfolio Management as applicable, to ensure consistency in tracking and reporting.
Participate in annual budget process and coordinate monthly updates to org charts.
Regularly report on asset inventory
Maintain the highest level of communication with factories and vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the job?
1-2 years of experience as a Planning Coordinator
Great attention to detail, multitasking, time management
A positive attitude and a commitment to being reliable and punctual.
Strong Computer Skills
Great communication skills – written and verbal
