Plant Controller in Portland – Direct-Hire

Pay: $100-120k per year
Schedule: M-F Days
Assignment Length: Direct-Hire

Duties:

• Conducting month and year end closing, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and balanced
• Ensuring proper financial controls are in place and maintained according to GAAP
• Providing business analytics and recommending improvements
• Preparing reports in support of the business as required
• Leveraging data to support analysis as opportunities and threats arise
• Analyzing trends and leading indicators, supporting the business and GMs with data
• Managing the accounting/finance team
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of production costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience
• Skilled in gathering, managing, and analyzing data.
• Demonstrate teamwork competencies in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong manufacturing ERP experience, Plex a plus.
