Have you worked in a paper company? Are you experienced Plant Lead? Manpower has the position for you! We are recruiting for a Plant Lead that will work at a paper company family owned and operated since 2004 located in Itasca, IL.



Plant Lead experienced Hours: 2pm-1030pm (able to work multiple shifts and weekends) $24.15/hr. Located in Itasca, IL Temp to hire



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ensure plant meets all EHS and OSHA guidelines as well as safety documents are completed in timely and accurate manner

Leas plant safety committee to improve plant safe working environment

Ensure correct methods and procedures are followed and remain compliant with employee handbook.

Assign daily production duties

Complete daily reports

Ensure inventory levels are at or below target

Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekends.

Ensure bales are inspected.

Trailer uploads are accurate, rail cars are loaded on time

PM sheets are completed

Maintain teamwork atmosphere of all employees
