Press Operator

Lifting and loading the 1-2 pound blanks (of sheet metal) into the press. This is done up to 1,000 times during a single 8-hour shift. This is typically done with the operator's right hand

* Pressing buttons with each hand to engage the press cycle.

* Unload the parts, inspect them and place them onto a cart.

* Place good parts into cart. When cart is full, roll it over to the Trimming station.

* Help move stacks of blanks next press.



Pay rate is $11.00 per hour. Hours are 5 AM-5 PM Monday through Friday, 5 AM-10 AM Saturday.
