Job Description
Our client in banking sector is looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English)Procurement Specialist for 5 months contract with a possibility of extension.
Pay rate: $22.50/h
Location: downtown Toronto (WFH)
Typical Day in Role:
- Help Triage intakes
- Support requesters that have conversations in a very proper way, supporting them during intake process
- Run reports using Coupa Risk Assess and Icertis
- Provide recommendations on what intakes should be assigned to sourcing manager, or which ones should be pushed to contracting
- Help to track compliance against procurement policies.
Must Have:
1) 2+ years - Procurement Experience specifically with Source-to-Contract process experience, able to provide guidance for intakes.
2) Hands on Experience with Procurement Software Coupa, Icertis, preferred - SAP, or other procurement software's
3) Excellent Customer service Skills - dealing with requests, understand what is required be able to guide customers.
4) 2+ years - Analytical Skills - requests can be external complex, answers may not be the same. Running reports, before providing recommendation, need to understand data.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) 2+ Years - Microsoft office - Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills Required:
1) Fluent in Spanish
2) Financial Experience
Degrees: Degree in Engineering is preferred, or related education experience.
