Job Description

About the role: Vital in keeping systems functional and efficient to prevent plant disruptions. Will cover the NA IFCN region (3 sites and External Manufacturing)







Hours: Mon - fri9am to 5pm



pay rate: $25



Key Responsibilities



* System/Process creation and maintenance; including but not limited to

* Vendor Creation / Update (SAP)

* Price Updates

* MOQ control

* Invoice resolution

* Non-Production PO management (rare)

* Execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

* Monthly budget/Purchase Price Variance (PPV) reconciliation

* Request quotes/pricing from current vendors

* Help recommending supplier selection

* Prepare budget tracking spreadsheets and update costs/variances based on direction from Procurement Manager

* Special projects as assigned to support buyers/team

o Cost models

o Price formulas

* Maintain list of active vendors

o Contact Information

o Geographical Location

* Upkeep team cloud drive updated and relevant

* Organize team activities/travel



Qualifications



* 2+ years administrative / business experience

* Fluent in systems including: Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and SAP (Procurement Modules)

* Attention to detail; determination to succeed

* Excellent math skills and Excel proficiency

* Outcome/goal oriented; ability to prioritize and focus

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Bachelor degree in Business related field a plus, but not mandatory

* Must be able to work independently
