Job Description
Production Associate - Training on 1st and then transferring to 3rd shift. must be shift flexible - 1st shift - $17.19 an hour - 3rd shift - $18.44 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled.
They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:
~Welding
~Assembly
~Blueprint reading
~Machine operation
~Buffing and grinding
~Refrigeration knowledge
~Electrical knowledge
~Hand tool operation
~Fork truck operating
~Basic computer skills
~Tape measure reading
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
~Have good attendance habits.
~Must be safety conscious.
~Cooperative/team player.
~Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.
~Able to learn new things quickly.
~Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).
~Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
~A high school diploma or GED is required |
