What will you be doing?

Determining customer and supplier quality requirements, and guiding the company towards fulfilling them

Leading all problem-solving activities related to quality issues

Examining quality issues to identify the cause and implement appropriate corrective actions

Keeping the organization and customers updated on quality issues and corrective actions

Maintaining accurate documentation regarding defective materials and quality issues

Controlling MRB materials and areas

What will you bring to the job?

At least 3 years of quality assurance experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment; quality experience in a machining environment preferred

Associates degree or ASQ CQE certification

Coordinate measuring machine experience

Ability to utilize quantitative methods and tool such as process capability, regression analysis, SPC, and DOE

Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, problem solving methodology, product and process quality design and control, risk analysis, and blueprint reading

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab

Six Sigma and Shainin certification preferred
