Production Supervisor

* Oversee production plans, schedules, manufacturing processes and procedures

* Ensure that we keep all our machinery and equipment properly maintained and running smoothly

* Help maintain a safe working environment, ensuring continued compliance to established Occupational Health and Safety standards for you and your colleagues

* Create a daily review of all product run times, providing notes for each product that is over or under the specified run times. Review each goal sheet for each product run in Production

* Troubleshoot problems brought by Production and provide evaluation on the situation to Production Manager


* Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

* Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

* Organizational and leadership abilities

* Communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Shifts: 4 shifts on 4 shifts off, will be working 12-hour shifts
