Our client is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be part of the retail production team supporting the management team. The Ideal candidate will have retail management experience, excellent time management skill, and the ability to work various hours which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job:
- Providing day-to-day leadership for customer service qand production teams
- Training, coaching, and supporting skills development wi8th the guidance of the Store Leader
- Assisting with recruitment and selection process through interviewing and selecting applicants
- Maintaining a consistent presence in the product production areas
What's Needed? - 1 year of retail management experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
- Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
- Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
