Job Description

Manpower is hiring for one of its leading banking client's to join the team as Project Administrator - Junior.



What's in it for you?

* first few months will likely all be WFH but once things open up it will be a primarily in office job

* Monday-Friday: 8-5 -Flexibility within work hours

What is the job?

* Directly impacts the bank's ability to meet/manage risk and regulatory requirements through maintenance of the digital document repository of treasury management agreements and deposit account documentation.

* Ensures adherence to all internal and external policies and requirements in order to protect the Bank's assets and minimize losses.

* Coordinates the management of document's database; ensures alignment and integration of documents in adherence with Bank's standards.

* Responsible for supporting sales/service with AML/KYC policies.

* Responsible for the digitization of Cash Management agreements and legal documentation related to account openings and service agreements.

* Scanning original client documentation and uploading documents to the documentation repository

* Management of existing digital documents and aligning to Commercial Banking standards.

* Collaborates to establish procedures and processes for document imaging, filing, verification/review, maintenance, etc. as required.

* Manages the flow of documentation provided to the client, the expectations of clients, Sales, Product Management and Implementation, ensuring appropriate monitoring and follow-up.

* Maintaining various databases; ensuring all information related to the client is populated and kept up to date.



What do you bring to the job?

* 0-2 years secretarial/admin/file clerk experience

* Proficient in use of technology

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple relationships.
