Job Description
Coordinates and provides support for Best Interest program efforts with an emphasis on metrics and reporting.
This role supports the Best Interest program by helping to track as well as create metrics for the team to better understand potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of project support experience.
Skills in data analysis and analytical problem solving
Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines
Work experience demonstrating superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a timely and quality manner Word/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge * Customer service experience preferred
Ability to identify trends in data and communicate them to stakeholders
Consistency, accuracy, meet deadlines
