Job Details

6 month contract with potential for extension/hire

Currently remote, must be able to go in office when needed. Must be okay to work first few days in office for orientation/set up.

$17.50 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

Providing support to Project Lead as required

Project Coordinator role: Responsible for: updating project plan, scheduling and coordinating meetings, document minutes, and update action item/issue logs

Updating and verifying status report, Raising issues to the appropriate senior management level for action inclusive of description of the issue, comprehensive analysis of options and recommendation for remediation; follow up on all actionable items

MS knowledge needed: Power point, Excel, MS Word

Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate status reporting, meeting materials, etc.

Admin role: admin cleanup of documents, opening work tickets, responsible for ordering supplies

Must Have Skills:

1+ years' experience in project coordination

Strong skill and understanding in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Project Plan, Word

Soft Skills:

Ability to multi-task to support multiple projects and tasks with minimal oversight.

Strong organizational skills and comfortable working with tight deadline.

Analytical and Problem solving skills

Quick learner and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed based on project need
