Manpower has partnered with a client in the Guelph area that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team!

What is the job?
* Plan, organize and direct pre, during and post construction activities
* Meet with estimating to take control of project after contract and estimates are finalized
* Understanding of site drawings, and being able to communicate changes with General Contractor
* Manage site safety at all times
* Prepare monthly and accurate billings for all resources used in previous month, and monitor labour costs
* Maintain a good working knowledge of trade unions, their agreements and stipulations
* Constant communication with GM, tradespeople and customer/vendors
* Other duties as required/assigned
What you offer in this role :
* 5+ years experience in a similar role
* Collaboration
* Ability to be "hands on"
* Computer Savvy
* Ability to read/interpret blueprints
* Post secondary degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent working knowledge/experience
